Class description:  This class is all in person and includes watching a video, practicing on manikins, bag masks and an AED trainer practice and a written test. (AED is automated external defibrilator) There is NO online protion with this class, it is in person only.

Certification:

This class is a two year AHA BLS Provider certification class. You will receive an e-card from the American Heart Assocation the same day as the class. The cards come from the email address e-cards@heart.org. If you do not receive your ecard, you can go to the VerifyCard page on this website and put in your first & last name and email address and it will bring it up for you.

Location:

This class is being held in Colorado Springs at Springs CPR Training, 5525 Erindale Dr. #125, close to Vickers & Academy. 80918  The name of the building is Pointe West Executive Suites.

Please park in the bigger parking lot on the north end of the building. You can come in the front door, but it is the long walk around. You can park right in front the door to my office.

Children:

Children are not allowed in the class and we do not have daycare available.

Refund policy:

Please check your schedule and make sure you are available the day and time of the class before scheduling. There are no refunds. You may reschedule only one time with 24 hours notice. If you need to reschedule, you must have your new date to me within 24 hours. No call/No show is a no refund and no reschedule, registering for this class states that you understand this policy. If you are sick you must contact me directly by calling or texting (not by email) 1 hour BEFORE the class starts, or you are a no call/no show. Text 719-322-4291.

 Class description:

This class is a blended learning class, which means you will do an online portion first and then come in and do the hands on portion, you are basically watching the videos in the comfort of your own home instead of watching them in the classroom.

The email for the online class will come from HSI Platform, (info@hsi.com) there will be a link that you just click on and start watching the videos. The online portion MUST be completed before coming in for the skills session. You will need to allow 3.5 hours to complete the online portion of the class. The skills session is just 45 minutes long and is being held at Springs CPR Training.

The online class is not compatible with most cell phones.

This class is NOT for nursing students, Dental students or EMT students! You need the BLS class.

Certification:

You will get a certification by email good for 2 years from HSI (Health Safety Institute).

Parent Infant CPR & Choking Training

Class Description:  In this small (just 1-2 couples)  class for parents and/or grandparents, we will go over infant CPR & choking. You may have up to 7 people in the class, just call and I can change the number of people that can sign up if you want to invite more family members.

We will do the hands on practice with the AED trainer and the infant manikins.

Please allow 1 hour for this class. There is no certification for this class, it is just informational training session for parents who want to learn the infant CPR & choking information and not take a full class.

I may have some class times listed on the website, these classes will be for 1-2 couples only, but sessions are available at other times, please call to make an appointment, times are flexible.

Cost is $50.00 per person, there is a min of 2 people to a schedule class.
